At Six The Residence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home additions. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items back in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding is used to prevent damage to delicate home goods during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
